St Bonaventure's bring Christmas joy to care home

this is a test

St Bonaventure's School have lived up to their promise to adopt their local care home in Newham. Led by Head of RE Mr. Nick Pauro, the boys have visited the care home 3 times already this year.

On their latest visit on December 16th, the boys returned to give Christmas presents to residents and to show their appreciation to staff who work very hard to look after some of the vulnerable people in our society.

St Bonaventure's Head Teacher, Mr Paul Halliwell also joined in singing Christmas carols and the boys led a game of Bingo with the residents.

Reflections from the boys about this intergenerational opportunity were heart-warming as they shared how much it meant for them to be part of the social care campaign.
