Sometimes we may get things wrong and not everyone will agree with everything we do. We welcome and value feedback, to improve what we do and how we do it.
Individuals or partner organisations may compliment or complain about our activities, campaigns or the conduct of employees, leaders, contractors and third parties working with or representing Citizens UK.
Employees, members, representatives, or Leadership/Steering Group members have other ways to share feedback.
Compliments and Complaints
Please share your compliment or complaint via email to hr@citizensuk.org, or in writing to Head of People & Development, 1&3 Jacquard Point, Tapestry Way, London E1 2FJ. We will acknowledge this within 10 working days. Please include as much detail as possible, including any relevant communications or documentation. We may wish to contact you to discuss your feedback for context etc.
For serious complaints of a whistleblowing nature and to share information anonymously where a response is not expected please email whistleblowing@citizensuk.org.uk.
If you remain dissatisfied with the response you receive from Citizens UK and you consider the matter a serious issue; you may raise your concerns with The Charity Commission https://www.gov.uk/complain-about-charity
