Invitation to tender for Home Team Partnership evaluation

Invitation to tender for Home Team Partnership evaluation

The Home Team Partnership is a three-year programme, funded at £1.5m, which launched in January 2026. The programme brings together local and national organisations across four low-income areas in England and Wales (Peterborough, Cardiff, West London and Birmingham) to improve housing conditions, build community leadership, strengthen relationships across difference, and grow climate awareness and influence at local and national levels.

The project combines community organising, leadership development, practical action on homes, communications activity and national influencing. It aims to achieve change at multiple levels, including tangible local improvements, stronger leadership and partnerships, shifts in policy and practice, and changes in how climate and housing issues are discussed publicly.

We are inviting proposals to lead on the evaluation strand of the work.

Proposals should be submitted by email to sarah.forsey@citizensuk.org by Thursday 13 August 2026.

Questions should be submitted by email no later than 7 August 2026.

Interviews for selected applicants on Wednesday 2 September 2026.

Decision date is Friday 18 September 2026.

Work starts 1 October.
