The next stop for the Greener Planet Action Team’s campaign against food waste, Plan Zheroes, is the HQ of Pret A Manger in Victoria.  On Monday Ocotber 4th we will be filming an interview with Nicki Fisher, Pret’s Head of Sustainability.

Pret A Manger has a good reputation for diverting their surplus food to local charities and we’d like to find out more about how they do it so we can inspire other food retailers to follow their example.  Eco expert Atul Srivastava will be filming the interview for us.  Watch this space for the video.
